What they dont tell you |

There is a fault with this product in the ways that it handles the amount of free space available. Currently it offers 256 mb worth of space so one would assume you could fill it with that many files but it crashs and fails to start if too full. I am now trying to contact oracom to find out how to rectify the situation. Possible return is needed due to a faulty product.

Brilliant MP3 Player! |
As a self-confessed novice in the field of MP3 players, I wanted to make sure I was getting a quality player on a budget! The amount of memory compared to the cost of the player is fantastic - there are many other players on the market that are much more expensive with half the amount of memory! Its very simple to use, and if you have Windows XP theres no software installation to do either. All you need to do is plug it into a USB port, either directly or with the cable supplied, and drag and drop music into the appropriate folder. The manual supplied is straightfoward, and I was listening to music in no time! The headphones supplied do the job perfectly, and although the sound whistles slightly when the backlight is on, you can adjust the length of time the light is on for, and that makes the problem minimal. The neckstrap provided is OK, but seems a little flimsy and no where near as sytlish as the player itself!! It is light and fits into the palm of your hand and is extremely easily portable, a major plus point! It does seem to gobble batteries sometimes, and the battery low warning comes up a long time before the battery dies! But the replaceable battery feature is useful if youre out and about and have nowhere to recharge an internal battery. All in all, I would recommend this product unreservedly, especially to first time MP3 buyers, like me!

Prize posession |
Fantastic!!! I bought this MP3 player (in blue tho) about a month ago after weeks of consideration im now im sure i made the right choice. I hate having to read reviews that arent particularly helpful so im determined to make mine better.Pros- Small Sleek Easy to use Reasonably clear manual Transfer music from computer to player in seconds Clear sound (true it whistles slightly but only when backlight is on) Customisation- Text scroll speed Backlight lentgh LOGO EDITOR- V. COOL!!!! Useful Neck Strap Voise recorder (surprisingly good sound quality when kept still) 256MB stores just under 70 songs, downloaded at 128 Mb quality Repeat, A-B repeat and shuffle EQ customisation (bass, treble) High definition LCD screen Battery lasts surprisingly long time for its size (1x AAA) Cons- When low battery warning appears you cant record or use backlight. Low battery warning shows up uneccessarily early (lasts about 3 hours after) Could do with battery recharge facility. Shuffle function seems to bring up a lot of the same songs repeatedly. No hold button though buttons are fairly solid Previous model has facility to change song tempo, this is also mentioned on box but does not actually exist. Radio would be good but for the price and the memory supplied WHO CARES!!! Hope this was useful for all those considering this MP3 player. It definitely gets my thumbs up! Best bargain on the market!
